‘That’s Not Real’ Plane Passenger Tiffany Gomas Reinvents Herself with New Career

Tiffany Gomas, the marketing executive who made headlines in 2023 for her outburst on an American Airlines flight, is now embracing a new path as a digital content creator. The 40-year-old, who gained internet fame for her infamous claim that a fellow passenger “is not real,” is launching a subscription-based platform through Passes — a service that caters to influencers and creators without hosting explicit content.

Contrary to earlier rumors suggesting she had joined OnlyFans, Gomas has chosen a different route. Passes, unlike OnlyFans, does not allow adult material, focusing instead on personal and lifestyle content.

According to TMZ, Gomas plans to give subscribers a raw and revealing look into her everyday life, describing her upcoming content as “unfiltered, unexpected and unapologetic.” From fitness routines and fashion to her dogs and professional life, Gomas says she’ll share it all — the highs, the chaos, and everything in between.

“My chaos: work, workouts, pups, sports, shoes, & fits,” reads her Passes bio. She also encourages fans to message her directly, noting, “that’s where all the magic happens.” True to her viral roots, she cheekily ends the description with, “Thanks for flying with me,” punctuated with a lips emoji.

Subscribers can access her exclusive content for $9.99 per month — the lowest tier among several options that also include discounts on branded merchandise.

Since the airplane meltdown that brought her sudden attention, Gomas has remained in the public eye. She’s appeared on multiple podcasts and YouTube interviews, even offering glimpses of her modern Texas home.

Following the viral moment, wild theories circulated about what sparked her panic on the plane, with some speculating about supernatural causes. Gomas later clarified that there was nothing mysterious behind the incident. “I literally did not see anything,” she explained in an interview, calling her statement more of a figure of speech than a reaction to anything paranormal.

She eventually opened up about what really happened, admitting it stemmed from a minor disagreement with another passenger that escalated beyond her control. “It spiraled out of control,” she said. “It was a terrible moment — absolutely mortifying.”

Although a criminal trespass warrant was issued after the incident, Gomas was never arrested or formally charged. At the time, she was working with Uppercut Marketing, LLC, a firm she had been with since 2016. Her LinkedIn page has since been removed.

Now, Gomas seems determined to take control of the narrative, using the platform she unexpectedly gained to build a new chapter in her professional life — and invite fans along for the ride .
