Fans eager to emulate Kylie Jenner’s recent breast enhancement reveal may want to think twice before rushing into the operating room with her implant specs in hand.
Earlier this week, Jenner responded to a fan’s question on social media about how her breasts maintain their shape. The reality TV star and beauty mogul revealed: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!” She also credited Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher for the procedure.
But according to top New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Anna Steve of Neinstein Plastic Surgery, simply replicating Jenner’s implant details won’t guarantee the same aesthetic outcome.

“Two women can receive the exact same implant and end up with completely different results,” Dr. Steve explained in an interview with Page Six. “An individual’s body shape, chest width, skin elasticity, and tissue characteristics all affect how implants will look.”
She warned that while Jenner’s transparency might be helpful for general reference, asking a less experienced surgeon to duplicate those exact specifications could result in disappointment.
Rather than focusing on numbers, Dr. Steve recommends a more personalized approach. “It’s much more effective to bring in photos of how you want your results to look,” she said. “Visual references offer surgeons a better understanding of your aesthetic goals than just implant sizes alone.”
As cosmetic surgery becomes more mainstream and influencers like Jenner share personal procedures openly, Dr. Steve advises patients to prioritize consultations with board-certified professionals and to avoid the temptation of a one-size-fits-all mentality.

“Every body is different,” she said. “Customizing a surgical plan to suit your unique anatomy will always produce better results than trying to copy someone else’s blueprint — even if that someone is Kylie Jenner.”
